INC-a0ef65ba (workplace injury register) ✓ **Leave filed** — 13–14 May 2026 (2 days sick leave, pending manager approval). LR-017. The PDF is queued to file under John's HR folder in PKA. Got the medical cert from Stoke & Waimea Medical, Craig. Here's what I've actioned: ✓ **Leave filed** — 3 days sick leave for John Farrar, 25–27 May 2026 (return to work 28 May). LR-022, pending Ben's approval. ✗ **Cert upload blocked** — the PDF won't upload to John's HR folder in PKA due to a Drive permissions issue I'm hitting across multiple document writes right now. It's the same infrastructure blocker that's been hanging the weekly reports. I'll escalate this to Rohan so he can sort the folder access and get the cert filed properly.
