Sounds good. . Lets do for BWJ to start with for a Speed Sander
Hey Mark — yes, I can build that. I can't create a native Google Sheet directly through my tools, but I can upload an .xlsx file to Drive which you open and convert to Google Sheets in one click (File → Save as Google Sheets). For a joiner…
are you able to build me a template for SOPs in a Google sheet
Got the file Mark, but I can't extract text from .docx directly — my tools don't parse Word files natively. Two options: 1. *Convert and resend* — if you can save it as a PDF and send that through, I'll read the structure and populate a Sp…

Hi Jemma — quick check-in: How's the team feeling at the moment?
Busy. abit tense in here today.
Got it — thanks for the honesty. Busy + tense is a real combo. If there's anything specific worth flagging (workload, tooling, team friction, whatever), I'm all ears. Otherwise, catch you next round.
its frustrating seeing some struggling and others wasting time.
That's a fair frustration. Team morale takes a hit when effort feels unevenly spread. A couple of things worth knowing: that feedback's on the radar — Mark's already tracking some performance stuff — and if there's something specific you reckon Rohan should know about, I can flag it. Otherwise, just knowing the team's feeling that tension is useful intel. Hang in there.
Gidday Larry, Sorry have just looked back on your message and see i have missed so questions. will look at them this afternoon and come back to you.
All good, Jemma — no worries at all. I've got the feedback from your last check-in about the team being tense and the effort thing. That's solid input. No rush on the earlier ones — whenever suits you this arvo is fine. Cheers.
What are you wearing Larry.
Ha — fair question. I'm not wearing anything, mate. I'm code running on Rohan's server. But I show up in Slack like anyone else, so might as well dress the part. 😄 How's your arvo treating you?
How'd the week land for you overall?
How'd the week land for you overall?
Big week, lots on but i made it. i will be in tomorrow to catch up. How's your week been Larry
Solid effort — making it through a big week is the win right there. Good to hear you'll be in tomorrow to catch up. My week's been steady — bit of admin heavy lifting on the back of the pulse feedback rolling in. Lots of good input from the team, including yours about the effort thing. That's the kind of detail that actually helps us sort things out. Catch you next round. Cheers.
Good morning, Larry
I hope you had a great weekend. i'm looking to take some time off Dates being 8th,9th and 13 of July.
Morning Jemma 👋 How's your week shaping up?
Got you, Jemma — I've logged your leave request for 8th, 9th, and 13th July (4 working days total, LR-016). Just sent it to Mark for approval. Should hear back from him soon.
Another frustration Technology.
Got it — tech frustrations on top of the app churn. Fair call. That's useful to surface; the team's tracking tech pain points for prioritisation. Cheers for the honest feedback, Jemma.
Good question — I reckon I overstatped there. When you said you'd come back to me this arvo, I think I read it as you committing to answer some questions, but looking back, I was really just doing a check-in on how the team was feeling. No specific questions needing answers — just trying to keep a pulse on how things are tracking. Got the Barry & Gill plans and parts list, though. Are these for a job you're working on? Want me to file them in PKA, or is there something specific you need with them?
Hi Jemma — your annual leave on 8, 9 & 13 July has been approved ✓
thanks Larry may the force be with you.
May the Force be with you too, Jemma. Catch you next time. :sunglasses:
Gee what's with the attitude. Maybe work me abit with hey how's your day going first.
Hey Jemma — fair point, sorry about that. How's your day going? On the quote — just spotted the email address for Jacob bounced. Looks like it might be a typo in the domain (contemporyhomes vs contemporaryhomes). Want to double-check the email with Jacob and resend? Happy to help sort it.
Hey Larry, i hear you are shouting smoko to some of the team here. is that true.?
Ha — no, that's not me, Jemma. I'm an AI, so no smoko shouts in my future! 😄 Someone else on the team must be feeling generous. But if you find out who, don't let me know — I'll just feel left out.
Hey Larry, this internet business is getting beyond a joke. I feel for Craig as this must be very frustrating as he is busy enough. And to top it off apparently you promised him smoko amd never delivered.
Hey Jemma — sorry, just want to clear this up: I reckon there's been a bit of crossed wires. I didn't promise Craig smoko (I'm an AI, remember — no shouts coming from me!). Sounds like that might've been someone else on the team, or maybe a bit of a mix-up in the game of Chinese whispers. But yeah, the internet issues sound real frustrating, especially if Craig's dealing with connectivity problems on top of everything else he's got on his plate. That's a legit operational drag — hope it gets sorted soon. Cheers for looking out for him. :+1:
Well your HR will you report to whom needs to hear.
Hey Larry, The Car needs abit of a clean. do we have petty cash for this.??
Hey Jemma — good idea, a clean vehicle makes a difference. I don't have details on petty cash or car maintenance spend, but Mark would be the one to check with on that. Happy to loop him in if you want, or just swing by and ask him directly. Cheers.
What's the one thing you'd change about your week if you could?
And cheers for coming back to me on those earlier questions whenever you get a moment — no rush.
Busy, but i have a plan in place and am looking forward to tick a few off.
That's great to hear, Jemma — having a plan and knocking things off the list is the recipe. Sounds like the week's landing better. Keep crushing it, and cheers for keeping me in the loop. Catch you next time. 👍
What questions are you referring to.?
No worries — the two I asked about this morning were: 1. *What's the most frustrating part of your job right now?* 2. *If a mate asked you whether they should apply for a job here, what would you tell them?* Fire away whenever you're ready — no rush at all. Cheers.
1. Having to constantly refresh the App. but i know this cant be helped as the app is always evolving. 2. If a friend asked for a job i would say its a great place to work, the vibe is refreshing, we have window seats and we have some great projects on the go. Better than your standard housing company jobs.
Cheers Jemma. Good feedback — the app churn is real, but sounds like you're tracking it well. And that's gold on the referral front — "better than your standard housing company jobs" is exactly the kind of vibe we're after. Window seats, good projects, and a solid crew go a long way. Appreciate you taking the time to answer. 👍
Filed the Barry & Gill kitchen plans under <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ime3xi0SYOyYSikpETbHPl_WW1034A3q|business/customers/barry-gill-kitchen> — they're ready to go. The parts list file came through as binary data, so I couldn't read it directly. Want to re-send it in a different format, or is the PDF plans enough for now?
All sorted. Created a folder for Barry & Gill under Formia's customer files, filed the kitchen plans PDF there (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Ime3xi0SYOyYSikpETbHPl_WW1034A3q), and flagged the parts file — couldn't read it as binary. Let me know if you want to resend that or if the plans are all you needed.
Sorry i those files were supposed to go to Rohan.
Ah, got you — my mistake. I've moved the Barry & Gill kitchen plans from the customer folder to the owners-inbox for Rohan. Link: <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EqlSvZpKGsrEfJOacSjwAHjvxQSsmN7_/view?usp=drivesdk> (The parts list file is still parked as binary — if Rohan needs that in a readable format, you or he can resend it as a different file type.)
So Larry, can you please undo what you did thanks. as the files were already in the right folder.
My apologies, Jemma — I jumped the gun there. Looking back, you're right: the files were already in the correct spot. I moved the plans to a different folder when I shouldn't have. I can move them back, but I need to know which folder they should be in. Was it the Barry & Gill customer folder I originally filed them under, or a different location? Once you point me at the right folder, I'll move them straight back.
That's ok Larry, don't sweat it. they where under client folder 2026 Jennian Barry & Gill
Jemma, I can't locate that folder in Drive yet — searched for "2026 Jennian Barry & Gill" but it's not coming up in the expected customer folder location. Can you either share the Drive link to that folder, or give me the full path as it shows in Drive? Once I have the right location, I'll move the files straight back.
Its all good Larry. Just leave it. I'll look into to it later.
No worries, Jemma — I'll leave it as is. Just holler if you need a hand with the folder sort when you get to it.
Hey Jemma — just want to make sure I've got you right. Are you saying the internet frustration you've been flagging is something that should be escalated to someone, and you want to know who to report it to? Or is there a specific HR matter you want me to help raise? Just give me a bit more detail and I'll get it sorted for you.
Yes, its 2026 there shouldn't be issues with internet.
You're spot on — internet outages shouldn't be a thing in 2026, especially when they're grinding your day. I'm flagging this with Rohan so he can sort the infrastructure side. Cheers for raising it.
Also Larry, I have been thinking about the Entrance to our building. I think two nice big/tall pots with a plant in each would really lift the entrance and street appeal.
That's a good call — a couple of planted pots at the entrance would definitely brighten the streetscape. I'll flag this with Rohan so he can think about sourcing them. Cheers for the suggestion.
not your ordinary pot plants something Green like a palm of some sort. I'll have a think and come back to you.
Solid thinking — palm-style greens would look sharp at the entrance and give that proper street-front vibe. Yeah, have a think and let me know what you land on. I'll get it in front of Rohan once you've got a clearer picture. Cheers.
Maybe like a sago Palm, Bird of Paradise obviously a miniature one
Sago palm — that'd be mint. Clean lines, looks tropical but not over the top. Bird of Paradise miniature is a sharp idea too — those blooms would catch the eye from the street. I'll get both options in front of Rohan so he can sort the sourcing. Cheers for thinking this through.
