  • Quoting system walkthrough (end-to-end)
    Live demo: start a new quote → pull pricing → PDF preview → send to customer → record in pipeline. Tony produces a dummy quote for practice.
  • Shadow Ben (or another salesperson) on 2+ customer calls
    Sit in on live calls / site visits in the first week. Non-speaking, just observe. Then debrief.
