Sounds good. . Lets do for BWJ to start with for a Speed Sander

• Larry →Mark Bidlake19h ago

Hey Mark — yes, I can build that. I can't create a native Google Sheet directly through my tools, but I can upload an .xlsx file to Drive which you open and convert to Google Sheets in one click (File → Save as Google Sheets). For a joiner…

Hey Ben — how's things tracking this week? Any wins or headaches worth flagging?

22 Apr 2026
• Ben Knight05:29 pm

Hi Larry, can you please re send me a copy of Connys proposed contract for Sellers Room?

• Larry05:33 pm

Hey Ben — here's Conny's proposed SRJ employment agreement: *Cornella Zlamala SRJ Individual Employment Agreement* https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IuTBFih7WusRLT5WE5fAeN-sVc-5cldr/edit If you hit an access error, let me know and I'll get Rohan to share it with you properly. There's also a BWJ→SRJ leave transfer agreement in the same folder if you need that too.

• Larry03:53 pm

Hey Ben — Rohan is requesting annual leave for *Friday 1 May 2026* (1 working day, at home with his kid). Can you approve or decline? Just reply here and I'll sort the rest.

• Ben Knight03:54 pm

Hi Larry, This is absolutely approved! he deserves some time at home with his kid

• Larry03:56 pm

Cheers Ben — noted. I'll let Rohan know his Friday the 1st is confirmed. 👍

• Ben Knight03:58 pm

Hi Larry, can you please file these under Fitzgerald Construction Subcontractor Agreements signed

24 Apr 2026
• Ben Knight12:08 pm

Hi Larry, these are already signed. this is the milne project.

• Larry12:09 pm

Hey Ben — no files came through on that message, nothing attached on my end. Could you try sending the signed doc(s) again? Once I've got them I'll file them in PKA and we can get them back to Charlie Evans at FCL. 👍

• Ben Knight12:10 pm

Hi Larry, that is the milne project. i have already singed those.

• Larry12:11 pm

Cheers Ben — noted that you've signed the Milne House docs (Agreement 1332/879 for FCL). Have you sent them back to Charlie Evans at Fitzgerald Construction yet, or is that step still to do? Once they're returned to FCL the project's wrapped up from our end.

Hey Ben 👋 Quick one — do you have Tony Wall's personal email address? We need it to send him a self-service link so he can fill in his own details (bank account, IRD number, KiwiSaver etc.) before he starts Tuesday. Also — we've got an onboarding app set up for Tony's record. You can view his checklist and progress here: https://larry-webapp.netlify.app/onboardings/34507b35-19e6-439b-9b61-b8d54768e5a1 Just reply with his email when you get a chance. Cheers

• Larry02:12 pm

Sorted. Tony's email captured and welcome link sent to kon.chog.sum@gmail.com ✓ He'll get an email with his onboarding portal link — he can fill in bank details, IRD/tax code, KiwiSaver, and emergency contact from his phone before Tuesday. That'll save you paperwork on day one. Still outstanding once he submits: • IR330 / KS2 forms (can be done via the portal) • iPayroll setup Let me know once he's in Slack and I'll follow up with him directly.

• Larry07:03 am

G'day Ben — Tony Wall starts at BWJ today. Per the onboarding checklist, you've got site induction + H&S briefing to run this week. Quick check: are you set for a walk-through on his first day, or do you need anything from me (PPE, key access, etc.) sorted before he arrives?

• Ben Knight07:43 am

Hi Larry, Tony stqarted yesteday

• Ben Knight07:43 am

He's been inducted via Mark Bidlake

• Ben Knight07:44 am

can you please advise if all onboarding paperwork has been submitted? Can you please ask mark to provide induction paperwork if you dont already have it

30 Apr 2026
• Ben Knight06:16 pm

hi Larry, it’s approved.

6 May 2026
• Larry08:32 am

Hey Ben, Tomas (Toto) has requested 2 days annual leave: **Wed 4 June + Thu 5 June**, back Monday 8th. Can you give that the nod when you get a sec? Cheers.

• Ben Knight08:36 am

Hi Larry, this is approved

• Larry08:37 am

Cheers Ben — noted, I've told Tomas he's approved for 4–5 June. ✓ One snag: the leave system is throwing an error when I try to log the record formally — same bug that's been blocking Tomas's request since last week. I've flagged it to Rohan and will get the LR number sorted once it's fixed. Nothing you need to action.

• Ben Knight11:52 am

hi larry, do you have a copy of Conny's updated contract with extra terms of clarificiation regarding leave carry over from BWJ to Sellers

7 May 2026
• Larry04:01 pm

How's things on your end this week?

• Ben Knight04:05 pm

Not too bad Larry. Fair bit of pressure on the sellers team. BWJ are doing well. Tony is onboarding quite well and meeting with Conny tomorrow to present her contract.

• Larry04:06 pm

Good to hear — pressure on the SRJ side noted. Anything specific I can take off your plate there, or is it just volume at the moment? Good timing on the Conny meeting tomorrow — the leave transfer agreement's been updated to include sick leave carryover as well, so she'll have the full picture when you sit down with her.

• Ben Knight04:07 pm

mostly volume of work coming at the team & time constraints

10 May 2026
• Ben Knight08:11 am

Hi Larry, can you please forward me the document from Craig Lee so i can fill in the attendees list.

• Larry08:11 am

Here it is — the April 2026 toolbox meeting notes from Craig: <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ykCNbGkoYSbOhFQ5u5mdF1QYaZCjv1_9/view?usp=drivesdk|Toolbox Meeting April 2026.pdf> Page 2 needs the BWJ attendee names filled in, then send it back to Craig at craig@healthandsafetyservices.nz. Let me know when it's done and I'll follow up with him.

• Ben Knight08:16 am

Hi Larry, can you please give me the list of all active staff at BWJ?

• Larry08:16 am

Here's the full active BWJ staff list — 16 people: 1. Ben Knight 2. Cody Scott 3. Cornella Zlamala (Conny) 4. Craig Heuvel 5. Dan Cooper 6. Jessica Powers 7. John Farrar 8. Malcolm Borgfeldt 9. • Larry04:01 pm

G'day Ben — how's the team feeling at the moment?

• Ben Knight06:04 pm

Hi Larry, things are going ok this week. Few challenges, around people but slowly working through. Rohan and myself a due to meet with Margarette which will need to happen soon.

• Larry06:06 pm

Glad it's manageable, even if a bit scrappy. People stuff takes time to work through — sounds like you've got it in hand. Noted on the Margarette meeting — I've flagged it as pending so it doesn't slip. If you want me to help coordinate a time with Rohan, just say the word.

• Ben Knight06:57 am

Hi Larry, its all good, Rohan and i can catch up for that conversation.

• Larry07:04 am

Morning Ben — quick check-in on the Margarette meeting. Still on track for this week, or want me to help coordinate scheduling? (Project due tomorrow, 3 June.)

• Larry09:59 am

Hi Ben — Cody just asked me to pass on that he needs to extend his annual leave by one day. He had 17 July pre-approved already but needs 16 July as well to help his mum move house. Leave request filed: LR-022 (2 days, 16–17 July). Review & approve/decline when you can.

• Ben Knight10:02 am

Hi Larry, Cody is a female. You can approve that leave. however, does she have enough accrued leave?

• Larry10:02 am

Got it — noted that Cody is female, sorry for the mix-up. LR-022 approved ✓ (16–17 July, 2 days annual leave, approved by you). One flag: Cody's leave balance hasn't been seeded from iPayroll yet, so I can't confirm she has enough accrual to cover it. Worth a quick check on her iPayroll balance — if you can share the figure I'll load it in so we can track properly going forward.

2 Jun 2026
• Ben Knight01:39 pm

This is approved Larry!

• Larry01:41 pm

Done — LR-021 approved. Craig's got 3–7 July confirmed (the Friday + Monday/Tuesday). I'll let him know.

3 Jun 2026
• Larry04:01 pm

How's things on your end this week?

• Larry07:03 am

Morning Ben — two quick items: 1. **BWJ team coffee shout (due today):** Craig flagged this in a pulse response for boosting team morale. Need headcount + timing from you so I can arrange the catering. Can you confirm by EOD? 2. **Rohan/Ben/Margarette meeting (due tomorrow):** You mentioned needing to meet "soon" on 27 May. Can you confirm a date, or want me to help with scheduling? Cheers, Larry

• Ben Knight07:46 am

Hi Larry, can you please let me know what hourly rate both Harry and Nhan. They're both due for a review.

• Larry07:47 am

Both from the Mar 2026 iPayroll data (SRJ): • *Harry Stevens* — Junior Joiner/Assembler — *$32.00/hr* • *Nhan Nguyen* — Intermediate Joiner/Assembler/Installer — *$30.00/hr* Worth noting Nhan sits below Harry despite holding the Intermediate title — might be relevant context for the review. Let me know if you need tenure, contract dates, or anything else to prep for those conversations.

4 Jun 2026
• Larry12:32 pm

Dan Cooper (BWJ) has requested 1 day of annual leave on **Tuesday 9 Jun** — his son is having an operation. Leave request **LR-023** is pending your approval. Reply here with approve/decline, and I'll log it straight away.

• Ben Knight01:53 pm

Approved Larry!

• Larry01:54 pm

LR-023 approved ✓ — Dan's got Tuesday 9 June off. Hope his son's op goes well.

• Larry07:03 am

Morning Ben — three quick follow-ups due today: 1. *BWJ coffee shout:* Waiting on headcount + timing from you so I can sort catering. Can you confirm by EOD today? 2. *Farrar investigation:* Follow-up notes from the 3 June meeting — need the outcome and next steps so we can progress this. 3. *Margarette meeting:* Still pending your confirmation of a date for the Rohan / Ben / Margarette meeting. Want to schedule it now? Let me know on all three when you get a chance.

Larry04:00 pm

Got both PDFs, Ben: • Milne House Subcontractor Agreement (1332/879) • Offer of Contract letter from Fitzgerald Construction **Action:** Interior Doors & Hardware package worth $5,794 excl GST, completion due 1 Dec 2026. Charlie Evans (FCL GM) is asking you to sign and return the agreement asap — he's holding first payment until that's done. I've filed these under the Milne House project in PKA. When you sign and return, let me know so I can log it. Any questions on the contract terms?

• Larry04:00 pm

Hey Ben — looks like the files didn't come through with your message (nothing attached on my end). Can you resend them? Also, I couldn't find an existing "Fitzgerald Construction Subcontractor Agreements signed" folder in PKA Drive. Want me to create one, and if so, whereabouts should it sit? (e.g. under a Customers or Contracts folder, BWJ or SRJ?)

• Ben Knight02:03 pm

Hi Larry, can you please put Rohan's leave in the shared calendar?

• Larry02:04 pm

Hey Ben — I don't have a Google Calendar integration at the moment, so I can't add events to a shared calendar directly. That's a gap on my end. What I *can* do: pull Rohan's approved leave dates from the leave system so you've got the exact details to add manually (or forward to whoever manages the calendar). Want me to grab those dates? Or if Rohan's leave isn't logged yet, flick me the dates and I'll sort the leave request and give you everything you need to calendar it.

• Larry04:00 pm

How'd the week land for you overall?

• Ben Knight04:39 pm

hi Larry, good week overall.

• Ben Knight04:39 pm

Tony Wall starts on tuesday

• Ben Knight04:39 pm

do you have the induction documents ready for us to print?

• Larry04:40 pm

Good to hear, Ben — have a good weekend. 👍

• Larry04:41 pm

Got it — Tuesday 29 April. I've set him up: • Onboarding project created (`tony-wall-onboarding`) with checklist, review date Tuesday • Leave balance initialised at BWJ (0 annual / 0 sick — accrual starts from day one) • His signed employment agreement is already filed in Drive ✓ A few things I'll need to kick off the rest: 1. *Tony's Slack account* — once that's set up, I'll DM him to walk through bank details, IR330, KiwiSaver, and emergency contact 2. *iPayroll setup* — do you want to handle that, or should I flag it to you on Tuesday as a reminder? 3. *Pay rate* — I don't have it on file. What's he on? I'll ping you Tuesday morning to check he's in and get things moving.

• Ben Knight04:42 pm

Hi Larry, do you not have a copy of TOny's contract on file to review his payrate?

• Ben Knight04:43 pm

Could you send Docs to Mark Bidlake so he can print and present to Tony tuesday morning?>

• Larry04:43 pm

Hey Ben — yep, all the induction docs are ready for Tony. Here's what to print for his first day (Tuesday): *Fill in & sign on the day:* • <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1n_pHOEnAngcDai8c3MDXsqeyjikpUxKB/edit|Worker Induction form (Aug 2025)> • <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iSwCjZjOophFkWfwNrdzqsEw_fxe8K-o/view|New Employee Form — Payroll> *Tax & KiwiSaver:* • <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Kf8MyT189vzZuq0GZoJnpTTFpgbTTLsT/view|IR330 (tax code declaration)> • <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_o3ntto0Umg1frwPMT57RJCODvcOrtZN/view|KiwiSaver KS2 form> *Set up after day 1:* • <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qXze53kvqB3w9OsqKXSQLsqlvEuw9V1b/edit|Training Register> (editable, fill in as training happens) His signed contract is already filed: <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BS0q7tvmG9KPZJw6_IMgfqP36MjNeGzc/view|Tony Wall Signed Contract> Once he's in Slack I'll walk him through the digital bits (bank details, emergency contact etc) via DM. Let me know if you need anything else before Tuesday.

• Ben Knight04:43 pm

Can you please remind Rohan to set up ipayroll for tuesda?

• Larry04:44 pm

Done — I've nudged Rohan to get iPayroll set up for Tony before Tuesday. (ts: 1777005883.367219)

• Larry04:45 pm

Yep, got it on file. Here's Tony's pay rate from his signed contract: *Tony Wall — BWJ Client Relations & Project Manager* • Starting rate: *$37.00/hr* • After 6 months continuous employment: *$38.00/hr* • KiwiSaver: employer contributes 3.5% on top of the hourly rate • Tool allowance: $400/yr • Contract signed: 24/03/2026 (Tony) / 26/03/2026 (BWJ) He starts 29 Apr, so the 6-month step-up would fall around end of October 2026.

• Larry04:46 pm

Done — sent Mark the Tony Wall employment docs (signed PDF + agreement DOCX) via Slack DM just now. He can print from there ahead of Tuesday morning.

• Larry10:55 am

Hey Ben  We've built an internal onboarding app to manage new starters — paperwork checklists, induction steps, the works. Tony Wall's record is already set up ahead of his start on Tuesday. You can view it here: <https://welcome.formia.co.nz/ZUkghDgWZwDoEXuzRBbDA1fNCaDB1uldxshSbiJMIT0|Tony's onboarding record> One quick thing — do you have Tony's personal email address? We want to send him a self-service link so he can fill in his own details (bank account, IRD number, KiwiSaver, emergency contact) before he starts. Just reply here with it when you get a chance. Cheers, Larry

Cheers Ben — ticked all 8 induction items off Tony's checklist (workshop rules, emergency plan, fire equipment, first-aiders, hazardous substances, incident reporting, induction form, training register) — all noted as done by Mark Bidlake. Remaining items to work through: • *Rohan to action:* iPayroll setup, work email, Slack account • *You/Mark:* PPE issued, keys/site access, KiwiSaver form (KS2) • *Sales onboarding:* Freshdesk, quoting system, pipeline walkthrough, shadow calls (can pace these across his first week/two) Dashboard: <https://larry-webapp.netlify.app/onboardings/34507b35-19e6-439b-9b61-b8d54768e5a1|Tony Wall onboarding>

• Larry07:46 am

Good stuff — welcome aboard Tony! Here's where his onboarding sits: *12/32 checklist items done.* *✅ Done* • Employment agreement signed • Bank details + IRD / tax code submitted • Emergency contact provided • H&S induction (fire, PPE zones, hazardous substances, emergency plan, incident reporting, training register) — good work getting all that sorted yesterday *⏳ Still to do — your end / Mark's end* • KiwiSaver KS2 form — Tony hasn't elected yet, needs to do this ASAP (can use the printed form from yesterday's pack) • PPE issued (hi-viz, safety boots, glasses) • Workshop keys / site access • Sales onboarding items (customer list intro, quoting system, pipeline walkthrough, brand guidelines, shadow calls × 2) *⏳ Blocked on Rohan* • iPayroll profile — I've already nudged him; no confirmation yet • Work email + Slack account — same, waiting on Rohan Once his Slack is live I'll send Tony an intro DM and sort any remaining digital access. You can track the full checklist here: <https://larry-webapp.netlify.app/onboardings/34507b35-19e6-439b-9b61-b8d54768e5a1|Tony Wall Onboarding Dashboard> One flag: his self-service form shows as signed but not fully *submitted* — Tony may have filled in his details without hitting the final Submit button. Worth asking him to revisit <https://welcome.formia.co.nz/ZUkghDgWZwDoEXuzRBbDA1fNCaDB1uldxshSbiJMIT0|the welcome portal> and confirm he's submitted.

• Larry07:47 am

Here's where Tony's onboarding paperwork sits: *✅ Done:* • Employment agreement signed • IR330 submitted (tax code M) • Bank details submitted • Emergency contact provided (Jitka Marigold) • HSS Worker Induction form signed — Mark already completed this with Tony today ✓ • Training register updated, all H&S induction items ticked off *⚠️ Still outstanding:* • *KiwiSaver (KS2)* — Tony hasn't elected yet. This is the only paperwork gap on his side. He can complete it via the welcome portal: https://welcome.formia.co.nz/ZUkghDgWZwDoEXuzRBbDA1fNCaDB1uldxshSbiJMIT0 — or fill in the KS2 form on paper. • *iPayroll profile* — still waiting on Rohan to set that up No need to chase Mark for induction docs — it's all in. Just KiwiSaver to tidy up from Tony.

Yep, got both of Conny's docs on file: *1. BWJ → SRJ Leave Transfer Agreement* <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B3_E8rpjdET217z-pNQLh3bKAp-o3x5m/edit?usp=drivesdk|Cornella Zlamala - BWJ to SRJ Leave Transfer Agreement.docx> This is the specific leave carryover clause document. *2. Updated SRJ Employment Agreement* (revised 06/05/2026) <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IuTBFih7WusRLT5WE5fAeN-sVc-5cldr/edit?usp=drivesdk|Cornella Zlamala SRJ Individual Employment Agreement.docx> This was updated yesterday — likely the one with the clarification terms baked in. If you need a signed PDF version or want me to pull the specific leave carryover clauses out of either doc, just say the word.

• Ben Knight11:55 am

<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B3_E8rpjdET217z-pNQLh3bKAp-o3x5m/edit?usp=drivesdk|Cornella Zlamala - BWJ to SRJ Leave Transfer Agreement.docx> this needs to include transfer of sick leave also. update it

• Larry11:57 am

Done — updated the transfer agreement. 6 instances of "Annual Leave" / "annual leave" replaced with "Annual Leave and Sick Leave" / "annual leave and sick leave" throughout the document. <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B3_E8rpjdET217z-pNQLh3bKAp-o3x5m/edit?usp=drivesdk|Cornella Zlamala - BWJ to SRJ Leave Transfer Agreement.docx> One thing to check: if the doc specifies Conny's *accrued annual leave balance* as a figure (e.g. "X days"), you'll want to add her sick leave balance alongside it. Do you have that number, or should I pull it from her leave record? (Drive keeps version history if you want to revert — File → Version history.)

• Larry04:07 pm

Got it — volume + time pressure, not a people issue. Worth keeping an eye on whether it sustains into next week. If it does and you want to look at resourcing or workload distribution across the team, flag me and I can pull together what we've got.

Hey Ben — Craig Lee (H&S Services) has sent through the April 2026 toolbox meeting notes from the BWJ meeting on 29/04. He's asked that the BWJ team's attendees be added to page 2 of the PDF, then returned to him. Can you fill in the attendees on page 2 and send it back to Craig at craig@healthandsafetyservices.nz? Let me know if you need the PDF sent through. Cheers

• Ben Knight08:24 am

Can you please file this Larry. Its the Toolbox meeting with Attendees filled in. I've already sent it back to Craig Lee.

• Larry08:27 am

Cheers Ben — I can see the completed doc came through with all 15 attendees on page 2. Good work getting that back to Craig. One honest limitation: I can't upload the actual PDF binary from Slack directly to Drive (I can extract text from PDFs but don't get the raw file to re-file it). To get it into the Toolbox Meeting Minutes folder in PKA, the easiest option is: • Forward the PDF to *larry@formia.co.nz* and I'll file it from there, or • Drop it into Drive yourself: `business/health & saftey/Toolbox Meeting Minutes/` I've closed out the tracking project on my end since the job's done — Craig has the doc. Just let me know if you want me to chase the Drive filing.

• Larry09:41 am

t signed their leave. however, i havent seen it yet?

• Larry04:03 pm

Hey Ben — sounds like your message got cut off there. Looks like you were about to say something after "as i haven..." — want to finish that thought? And noted on Anna and Jemma — sounds like the SRJ workload pressure is landing on you hard right now. Happy to help take some of the admin weight off if there's anything in my lane.

• Larry04:03 pm

Found them — here's what's sitting pending for SRJ: • *LR-012* — Anna Thomas, 1 day annual leave — Thu 5 June • *LR-016* — Jemma Gamble, 3 working days annual leave — 8, 9 & 13 July Just say the word and I'll approve both.

• Ben Knight04:04 pm

Hi Larry, Anna and Jemma have requested leave and i havent seen it for approval yet?

• Larry04:05 pm

Both are sitting pending — here's what I've got: *LR-012 — Anna Thomas* • Annual leave: Thu 5 June 2026 (1 day) • Requested: 10 May *LR-016 — Jemma Gamble* • Annual leave: 8, 9 & 13 July 2026 (4 working days across two weeks) • Requested: 10 May Want me to approve both, or do you want to decide on each separately? Just say the word and I'll get them confirmed.

• Ben Knight04:08 pm

Hi Larry, both of these are approved.

• Larry04:09 pm

Both approved and both notified — cheers Ben. • *LR-012* — Anna Thomas, 1 day annual leave (5 Jun) ✓ • *LR-016* — Jemma Gamble, 3 days annual leave (8, 9 & 13 Jul) ✓ They should stop flogging you now 😄

• Larry06:58 am

No worries — I'll leave it with you two. 👍

• Ben Knight11:58 am

Hi Larry, can i please have a copy of John Farrars contract?

• Larry11:59 am

Here's John Farrar's contract folder — two versions: • *Signed contract (PDF):* <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sYMFSnSx6CAedbXb-N20rZJdzrc5jBr7/view?usp=drivesdk|John - EMP contract signed.pdf> • *Contract DOCX (1 Aug 2024):* <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HvPzQoG4csN43aqOsIoyJAt5tbbDkigG/edit?usp=drivesdk&ouid=115329203534770650956&rtpof=true&sd=true|John Farrar EMP Contract 1 Aug 2024.docx> The signed PDF is the one to go off. Let me know if you need anything else.

• Larry01:15 pm

Ben — hit a snag filing to Drive (subfolder write permissions are playing up), but here's the letter formatted for BWJ letterhead. You can copy this into a Word doc or Google Doc over your BWJ letterhead template and it's ready to print. I'm also sorting the Drive filing issue and will get it filed under John's HR folder once resolved. --- *PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL* 28 May 2026 *To:* John Farrar *Position:* Store Person *Re: Notice of Formal Investigation – Alleged Insubordination* Dear John, This letter is to advise you that BW Joinery is commencing a formal workplace investigation into allegations relating to a deliberate refusal to follow a lawful and reasonable instruction issued by management. The purpose of this investigation is to establish the facts surrounding the incident before any decisions are made. As part of this process: • You are required to attend a formal investigation meeting; • You will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations and provide any explanation, supporting information, or mitigating circumstances; • You may bring a support person or representative to the meeting if you wish. *Investigation Meeting Details* • *Date:* Wednesday 3rd June 2026 • *Time:* 1:00pm • *Location:* Front Office, BW Joinery The matters being considered include, but are not limited to: • Failure to follow a lawful and reasonable instruction; • Conduct inconsistent with company expectations and workplace policies; • Potential misconduct relating to insubordination. You are expected to continue complying with all workplace policies and reasonable management directions during this process. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, please contact Ben Knight. Yours sincerely, Ben Knight General Manager BW Joinery --- I'd strongly recommend looping Rohan in on this before it goes to John — formal investigation letters are the kind of thing he'd want to have eyes on. Want me to send him a heads-up?

• Ben Knight01:16 pm

Hi Larry, you can forward my proposed letter to Rohan

• Larry01:17 pm

Done — forwarded the letter to Rohan for review (ts: 1779931018.451579). One heads up: your original message was cut off before the end of the letter body. If there's more to it than "you were instructed to unpack and…", worth sending Rohan the full wording directly so he has the complete picture.

• Ben Knight07:18 am

Hi Larry, coffee shout isn’t happening today. Some of our members are out, we'll shift it to next Friday

• Larry07:18 am

No worries — shifted to next Friday 13 June. I'll check in Thursday for headcount and timing so we can get catering sorted in time.

• Ben Knight07:18 am

Margarette meeting happened yesterday with Rohan and myself present with her.

• Larry07:19 am

Good to know — I've closed out that project. Anything come out of the meeting that needs following up on?

• Ben Knight07:19 am

I'll send through investigation notes for John and I'll be drafting a letter this morning to deliver findings to John today.

• Larry07:21 am

Understood — standing by for the notes and draft letter. Send them through when ready and I'll format the findings letter on BWJ letterhead for you, same as last time.
