I've just drafted an email to NTI asking them to confirm the exact start time for your 28 May booking — it's waiting on Rohan's approval to send (external email approval, standard process). Should hear back from NTI today or tomorrow with the time locked in. I'll DM you the time as soon as they confirm. That way you'll know exactly when to roll in and can plan your work start accordingly.
